This is It

So it’s that wonderful time of year again when I remember how horrible I did on my resolutions. Let’s take a look from the 12 from 2012:

1. Run a marathon (BAHAHA who was I kidding?)
2. Write an entire novel (DID IT!)
3. Be on Glee (Once again, who was I kidding?)
4. Keep a 3.0 in School (Did It!)
5. Knit until my hands don’t work anymore (Carpal Tunnel is awesome)
6. Write every day 30 things I am thankful for. (Didn’t even last a day)
7. Write in my bog every day (HAHA)
8. Read something every day (I did do that.)
9. Make more videos (I think I made 1)
10. Learn to crochet (Slightly)
11. Have “meatless Monday” for at least a month (I did go a long time without eating meat so I am counting it)
12. Be famous (which includes meeting Alan Rickman, Ian Axel, Chris Colfer and many many more..) [I met Ian Axel and he wants to read my book. I figure that is good enough!]

So, It’s time to make another list. Oh heavens. Let’s see what 13 resolutions I won’t accomplish this year.
1. Keep a 3.0 in school
2. Go to Vegas to see everyone in my family
3. Make a complete and detailed bucket list
4. Graduate from College!
5. Be healthier
6. Make new friends
7. Fall in love
8. Complete 20 things on my Bucket List
9. Go to VidCon
10. Meet Ian Axel again!
11. Write a song
12. Finish the Silver Lining Series
13. Change a life.

Well I will see you all next year to see what I accomplished!

Finished... Sort of

So last night I finished my first overall edit of my recently finished book Home. I just thought you all would want to know this fact. Also, it is now available to read for people who would like to. I do ask you one thing, you let me now what needs to be fixed. Like I said, I just did my overall edit of big problems and spelling errors things like that. Next is content editing and I need help with this. If you read it, I need you to tell me what works and what doesn't. But, if you want to read it, please let me know. I would be happy to send it to you.

I love you all.

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

I started listening to my Christmas music this morning. Some people would tell me that it is too early for Christmas music. We haven’t even had thanksgiving yet. Here is what I have to say to those Bah Humbuggers. These are my six reasons I listen to Christmas music almost year round:

 1. Christmas is a time of Joy: There is no denying that it is a special time of the year. People are constantly looking for ways to make other people happy instead of themselves. They are looking outside themselves to others.
 2. Christmas fosters love: There is no other time in the year that people are encouraged to tell the people around them that they love them. During the rest of the year people are so caught up in their ordinary lives that they don’t think about anyone but themselves.
 3. Christmas is a time of Gathering: During the Christmas season I get to see family or friends who have moved away through the rest of the year. There is no happier time for me when I get to see the people that I love all gathered in one spot.

 4. Christmas changes the world: There is no other time during the year that we are as close to world peace as we are at Christmas.
 5. Christmas is cuddle time: It doesn’t matter if you have someone special in your life or not, but the cold weather pushes people back into their houses together. People are forced together and because of that you spend more time with the people that you love and that may include cuddling, or maybe just watching Christmas movies and drinking hot chocolate. The snow gives me an excuse to stay home and spend time with the people that I love.

 6. Christ: I don’t usually post religious things because I know it makes some of my friends uncomfortable and they don’t want to be reading it, but I love Christmas because it is a time that I get to slow down and think about Christ and all that he has done for me. Now I’m not an idiot and I know that He wasn’t born during December and that we should actually celebrate it in April, closer to his actual birthday, but I am just grateful for a time to actually take time to think about Him.

I am tired of people telling me that I can’t listen to Christmas music too early because it burns them out. What do you get burned out on? Love? World Peace? Cuddling? Spending time with friends? Christmas is a wonderful time of the year.. Also if you get burnt out because of the commercial side of things, try something different, like hand making gifts, or donating money to something else so that you don’t have to worry about it. There is nothing like the Christmas Spirit, and people who get burnt out are Bah Humbuggers because every day should be treated like Christmas and we should never get burned out on the Christmas Spirit.

I love you all. I’m going to try and write more because I miss it quite a bit. I love you. I hope that you have a good Holiday Season and don’t forget that this feeling you feel during the holidays is one that you can feel throughout the entire year. Remember who you are and what you stand for.

You bad little kittens...

So today we were talking about politics (which is a common topic in our family) and my brother and I decided that if Mitt Romney ends up on top and runs against Obama, we will only vote for him if he starts either 1) going by Mittens or 2) Changes his name, legally, to Mittens.

Remember who you are and what you stand for (I sure do! I stand for ridiculous names)
Love you all.

Book Mania

So I have noticed this break that I have become obsessed with reading. There hasn't been a moment where I wasn't reading a book. It's been strange. Usually I take a break between books, but I haven't even stopped for minutes. I mean seriously. I finished a Clash of Kings by George R.R. Martin then read the third book, A Storm of Swords, I had to stop myself from reading the next book because I really wanted to re-read the Harry Potter series, so I am currently doing that. Then today I got The Fault in our Stars by John Green today and I know after Harry Potter that will be next and I have a whole entire bookcase of books that need to be read and I am not tired of it yet. I guess this break will just be the reading break. I'm alright with that. :)

Pissed..

Some girls with brothers are glad they have them so they can protect them against loser boyfriends... Well I need a loser boyfriend to protect me from my loser brother. I am tired of feeling useless and stupid. I don't deserve that and I have a legitimate reason to be mad, so I will be.. Suck on that.

Sweet Ginger Babies..

Last night while I was sleeping I had a dream that I fell in love with Travis (the lead singer of We the Kings).

I had just taken Charles Trippy's place as their bass player and was touring with them. Also it was kind of random but Robbie was there and he was the sound guy. Well, Travis fell in love with me and we were out shopping before the show and he bought me giant fuzzy zebra pants and a fuzzy zebra coat and then we were late for the show so we had to run back to the auditorium to start playing. Well as I was playing (I was great in case you were wondering) The sound on my mic and bass started to cut out and I couldn't play anymore. Sometimes this happens in shows. Well, I was trying to fix it and Robbie was trying to fix it because he was the sound guy, but nothing seemed to be working. So I ran off stage so we could try to fix it and Travis walked over to me and said, "I asked you for one thing and you couldn't do that." then walked off, ending our short but lovely relationship.

All in all, it was a strange dream that still plagues me, cause as I thought about it, I really wouldn't mind Travis loving me. We would have sweet ginger babies..

I love you all

"Do Not Save This for Tomorrow"

So just like last year I think I will go through the resolutions I made and see if they actually happened:
2011:
1. Make more videos.: Check, the collab channel went back up and I tried very hard to make a video every week. I am proud of all the progress I made on the interwebs. I am now a partner on both channels.
2. Get myself a good reliable agent: Uncheck. I did not get an agent. But halfway through the agenting process I realized that the book is not ready so, I am not too upset about it.
3. Write more than I have time for: Super Check. I surely did this.
4. Read more than I have time for: Oh yeah, CHECK! I read more than I had time for foooo shooo.
5. Keep at least a 3.0 in school: I am proud to say CHECK! I am very much proud of this. I cannot tell you how proud of myself I am.
6. Learn to draw well: ahahahahaah. I’m funny.
7. Have a wonderful year with eventful stories and magnificent times: Oh I have had some stories. Check.
8. Write more in my blog: Eh, I did okay for me. Check.
9. Meet a new person every day: I don’t think I really did this, but I sure did try.
10. Dance in the rain a little more: There wasn’t enough rain this year, but check. I had a fun time.

So with this being the year 2012 now I would like to start a new resolution list and next year we will go through them just like we did right now. So since it’s 2012 I am going to have 12 resolutions. Then next year (if the world doesn’t end) I will have 13. It’s a good trend. So this year 2012 will be my year, I am determined.

1. Run a Marathon.
2. Write an entire Novel.
3. Be on Glee.
4. Keep a 3.0 in school.
5. Knit until my hands don’t work anymore.
6. Write every day 30 things I am thankful for.
7. Write in my blog every day.
8. Read something every day.
9. Make more videos.
10. Learn to crochet.
11. Have “meatless Monday” for at least a month.
12. Be Famous… (which includes meeting Alan Rickman, Ian Axel, Chris Colfer and many many more).

Well Kiddies, there is my list. A little ridiculous this year, but I figure if I set my sights HIGH I will at least keep a 3.0 in school. Haha.

Love you guys, that won’t change—no matter the year.

That's the Truth..

I feel like I need to disappear for awhile. Not like go somewhere and be gone, but just... fall of the face of the earth a little. I have three weeks of school left and I think I will completely focus all of my attention on that and also on editing my book. I think then I will be able get my mind off things and hopefully when these next three weeks are through I will have figured everything out.
Wish me luck..

Don't worry, I'll be making videos so you'll see me.
I love you all.
